What was your favorite subject in school?

English, unsurprisingly. I went through a few different schools whilst moving around when I was younger and English never failed to be my most confident and favourite subject. I won a competition writing a news article in my first primary school – that went on to send the certificate to the school I’d just moved too. I went on to win a competition writing a story about Ham – the first monkey in space. That got me into a cool NASA show when I was 10 (I think). I even wrote a kids book when I was 11 that an author offered to send to her publisher, but childhood me was not interested in such pressure.. I look back on that with regret now.
