I’ve got a wallet I’ve used daily for the past few years, I got it at an anime convention – I can’t remember which one.

It’s a black clover wallet that used to be full of colour and covered with characters from the anime. It’s faded from friction and age and just barely shows the outlines now. You have to look closely to identify its design

The insides are torn, falling apart. Remnants of different lives live inside it. Tickets and receipts, mostly unreadable, business cards and bank cards but not a scrap of cash.

I’ll probably continue to use it for a while, too, until I come across another one worthy of replacing it.
